​1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.zulzainparfums.com (the "Website"), operated by ZULZAIN PERFUMERY, a sole proprietorship registered in Udupi, Karnataka, India ("ZULZAIN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or creating an account, you ("you," "User," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
 
2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You further confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products
3.1 ZULZAIN sells small-batch, pure parfum (extrait de parfum) fragrances. Product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, and pricing are provided for general informational purposes and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing.
3.2 Due to natural variations in raw materials and batch-based production, slight variations in colour, scent intensity, or packaging between batches may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
3.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
3.4 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though prices for orders already confirmed will not be affected.

4. Orders and Payment
4.1 By placing an order through the Website, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) selected, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity).
4.2 Payment is processed through the Website's secure payment gateway, supporting accepted payment methods (including but not limited to credit/debit cards and UPI). ZULZAIN does not store your card or payment credentials; these are processed by our third-party payment gateway provider in accordance with their own security and privacy standards.
4.3 An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of an order confirmation by us.
4.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within a reasonable timeframe, as communicated at the time of order or on the Website's shipping policy page.
5.2 Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided by you at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. ZULZAIN is not responsible for non-delivery or delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.
5.4 Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
5.5 In the event a shipment is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier partner to resolve the matter; however, ZULZAIN's liability shall be limited as set out in Section 8 below.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 Given the personal-care and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, all sales are final once a product has been opened, used, or has had its seal/cap broken. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened products, or on grounds of personal preference (e.g., scent not liked, change of mind).
6.2 We will only accept a return, replacement, or refund in the following circumstances:
(a) the product received is damaged in transit;
(b) the product received is incorrect (i.e., different from what was ordered); or
(c) the product is found to be defective at the time of delivery (e.g., leaking bottle, faulty pump/cap).
6.3 To raise such a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the issue (including the product, packaging, and shipping label), sent to our official contact channel (WhatsApp/Instagram/email as listed on the Website).
6.4 Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery, or without adequate evidence, may not be eligible for resolution.
6.5 Upon verification of a valid claim under Section 6.2, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the same product, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
6.6 Refunds, where approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original mode of payment, subject to processing times of the relevant bank or payment provider, which are beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on this Website — including but not limited to the ZULZAIN name, logo, brand assets, product photography, fragrance descriptions, graphics, and Website design — is the property of ZULZAIN PERFUMERY and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZULZAIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased therefrom, including but not limited to allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
8.2 Patch Test Advisory: As with all fragrance and personal-care products, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use. ZULZAIN shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, or sensitivity arising from product use. Customers with known fragrance sensitivities or allergies are advised to review ingredient information (where available) or contact us prior to purchase.
8.3 Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems; (c) submit false or misleading information; or (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
